VAT registration and returns

VAT in the UAE is charged at a standard rate of 5%. Registration becomes mandatory once taxable supplies pass AED 375,000 over the previous twelve months, with voluntary registration available from AED 187,500.

Corporate tax

UAE Corporate Tax applies at 0% on taxable income up to AED 375,000 and 9% above it. Returns are due within nine months of the end of your tax period.
