About us

A bookkeeping practice built around how UAE businesses actually run

Who we are

Proper financial records, without the cost of a finance department

Apex Accountants is a Dubai based practice providing bookkeeping, tax and payroll support to businesses across the UAE. We work with mainland and free zone companies, from newly licensed startups through to established owner managed firms.

Most of the businesses we speak to are in one of two positions. Either they have never set up their books properly and a deadline is approaching, or they have outgrown the spreadsheet that got them this far. Both are entirely fixable, and neither is a reason to be embarrassed.

Our role is straightforward. We keep the ledger accurate, we file what needs filing when it needs filing, and we tell you what the numbers mean. You get to spend your time on the business instead of the paperwork.

How we work

Four things we hold to

Accuracy before speed
A return filed quickly and wrongly costs more than one filed carefully. We reconcile properly, and we tell you when something does not add up.
Plain language
You will get an explanation you can act on, not a paragraph of tax legislation. If we cannot explain it simply, we have not understood it well enough.
No surprises on the invoice
Fees are agreed as a fixed monthly figure against a written scope. If something falls outside it, we agree the cost with you first.
Your records stay yours
Everything is maintained in your own accounting file, under your ownership. If you ever move on, you take the complete history with you.
